We've got new information that the incident should be fixed around 5:30 PM CEST.

According to our service provider the root cause should be fixed at 4 PM (CEST).

Identified

The telephone provider has identified the incident to be caused by a cable breakdown. Currently they are not able to provide with an ETA. We will keep you updated.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing problems with all incoming landline telephone calls. This affects any calls made to the Swedish offices, as well as the Managed Services Service Desk (both national and international numbers). Mobile telephone numbers are fully operational.
