There will be a maintenance performed on the Intelligence Cloud service (formerly known as Idio) in February 2021. This will be rolled out on a region-by-region basis and will be performed on the APAC region on Thursday February 11th, 2021 beginning at 21:00 UTC (22:00 CET) and lasting for a duration of 90 minutes.
To ensure continued stability and security for our clients, we are upgrading all our MySQL instances to ensure continuity of future bug and security patches.
While the upgrade is underway, content recommendations, interaction processing, content ingestion and the management interface will be unavailable and content recommendations will be blank. During the upgrade, content interactions will continue to be recorded and processing will resume upon completion of the upgrade.
