Update
We have observed intermittent occurrences of the problem for a subset of the clients using Search & Navigation in Europe region, specifically EMEA18, EMEA13, EMEA12… We have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix for these clusters and will closely monitor the outcomes. Additional updates will be posted once we obtain more information. Thanks for your patience.

We are currently investigating an event that is impacting the performance on the Search & Navigation (FIND) service in the EU region, EMEA18.
A subset of clients will be intermittently experiencing high latency or 5xx-errors.
