Our third-party Microsoft partner has completed rolling back all the caches to stable version. The service has been confirmed to fully restored.

The Search and Navigation service remains healthy while we are still waiting for permanent fix from our third-party Microsoft team in order to confirm full resolution.
We will continue to monitor the service, and post further updates when we get more information.

Search & Navigation performance (AU region) is getting impacted by ongoing Redis cache event in Australia East. Microsoft Azure has identified the issue. The issue has been attributed to a code regression, and Microsoft team is actively working to roll back the changes.
