Identified

Our landline telephone provider is still working on a permanent solution but in the meantime we have been able to re-route the incoming numbers to a temporary solution. Until a permanent solution is in place you may however experience a busy tone when calling us if the agents are busy.

Web-Interface and e-mail contact is in the preferred contact method until next update.

We are currently investigating issues with our landline telephones. The problem affects all incoming phone calls to the Managed Services EMEA.
