Identified

Customer environments located in West US region may experience issues accessing network services.
Impacted services include: Key Vault, Logic App, Stream Analytics, Web App, Data Factory, Application Insights, API Management, HD Insight, Managed Cache, Mobile Services, Virtual Machines, and RemoteApp.
This is due to an on-going Storage issue in the West US region

Microsoft is actively working on the issue and we are monitoring the outcome.
