All alerts have been cleared and all sites should be available. We are continuing to closely monitor the service. We will continue the investigation together with our third-party providers to establish a cause of the intermittent outage.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue with SSL handshakes between Azure App services and Cloudflare CDN that is affecting a subset of customer in the EMEA region that may result in 525 errors while accessing the site.
We are actively working with our third parties to find a root cause.
