We have identified a platform-wide issue affecting PDF file preview generation within the Content Marketing Platform (CMP). Users attempting to preview PDF assets in the Library may encounter an error and be unable to view document previews.

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a resolution. Your files are safe and no data loss has occurred.
